Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the KORMO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Platform Definition

KORMO is an algorithmic spatial matching platform. We do not employ the Service Professionals (Workers) listed on the app. We simply provide the technological infrastructure to connect Customers with independent Workers.

3. Worker Payments & Commission Structure

• The 15% Commission: Workers agree to pay KORMO a 15% commission on the base labor fee of every completed job.
• Direct Cash Exchange: Customers pay Workers directly in physical cash (or direct P2P bKash) at the end of the service. KORMO does not process the transaction between Customer and Worker.
• Negative Balance Ledger: The 15% commission is recorded as a negative balance on the Worker's digital ledger.
• The -Tk 200 Lockout: If a Worker's ledger balance drops to -Tk 200, their account is instantly FROZEN. They will not receive new jobs until they clear the debt via SSLCommerz.

4. Refund Policy & The Goodwill Reserve

• Customers: Since payments are made directly to the Worker in cash, KORMO cannot issue direct cash refunds. However, if a Customer experiences poor service and leaves a 1-star rating, KORMO's "Goodwill Reserve" will automatically issue a Tk 200 digital service credit for their next job.
• Workers: Commission debits and Premium Subscription payments (Tk 1,000/mo) are non-refundable.

5. Account Termination

Kormo Technologies Ltd. reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate any account (Customer or Worker) immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms (e.g., fraud, physical danger, bypassing the platform).
